In a buttered baking dish arrange apple slices and sprinkle with lemon. Stir together sugar, flour, oats and spices. Using fingertips, blend in butter.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Beat eggs lightly then add in pumpkin puree, sugar, spices, salt and cream.
Core apples to make space for the filling while leaving the bottom intact.
Mix the butter, sugar, maple syrup, cinnamon, raisins and pecans in a bowl.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a bowl. Add diced apple
Prepare apples by cleaning with a dry cloth and inserting popsicle sticks into the top as a handle.
