Apple Picking Tips

  • The best way to store apples is in perforated plastic bags in the refrigerator
  • Once an apple is picked it cannot go back on the tree
  • Please only pick apples you intend to keep
  • Keep your harvested apples in a cold place between 1° - 4° C or 33° - 35°F
  • Apples stored above 4°C/40°F begin to ripen slowly
  • Apples stored above 15°C/60°F begin to mature rapidly
