Baked Apples



  1. Core apples (cut out the core) to make a space for the filling. Leave the bottom intact to hold the filling.
  2. Mix the butter, sugar, maple syrup, cinnamon, raisins and pecans in a bowl.
  3. Stuff cored apples with the filling.
  4. Put apples in a buttered baking dish.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 30-45 minutes or until apples are tender (depends on the variety used).
  6. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
