Apple Picking Admission: 

$12 per person for entry (age 3 and up)

Each paid admission includes one free PYO squash or pumpkin from the field. 

Children 2 and under enter for FREE (must be accompanied by a paying adult)

PYO apples are $35 for a large bag and $20 for a small bag

HOURS:

Saturday: 9 am – 5 pm 
Sunday: 9 am – 5 pm 
Holiday Monday (September 1 and October 13): 9 am – 4 pm
Monday: CLOSED
Tuesday: CLOSED
Wednesday:
10 am – 5 pm 
Thursday: 10 am – 5 pm 
Friday: 10 am – 5 pm 

Thanksgiving Sunday: 9am to 4pm

LAST ADMISSION is one hour before close.

No pets allowed (sorry). Service dogs welcome.


Please note that the age 3 and up admission rates applies only to public visiting. Daycares and school groups who visit are charged the $12 admission for under the age of 3 as well. Thank you.

Strawberry Season Hours: Weekdays from 9am to 6pm. Weekends and holidays 8am to 5pm Apple Season:

Applewood Farm is located minutes from the 404 on McCowan Road, which allows for easy access from the city as well as surrounding areas.

Pick-Your-Own Apples

Entry to the farm is $12 per person age 3 and up. Each admission includes 1 pick-your-own pumpkin or squash from the field.

Remember to fill your bag all the way to the top. 

We provide reusable bags for apple picking. 

Pumpkins

During the pumpkin season: the admission includes one free pumpkin or squash with paid admission (while quantities last).  

Additional pumpkins and giant squash are $12 each.

Strawberries

strawberry season is over

Open June 2025 for strawberry picking. Season lasts about 2 weeks.

Fruit is sold by the container only. Please do not bring your own reusable containers to pick in unless they are clearly marked in litres. We will provide each person with a 2 litre basket upon entry. We will also have additional 2L and 4L baskets should you want to pick additional berries.

Apple season is now finished. The farm is now closed and will reopen June 2026 for strawberry picking.
